Some 'Artwork' I did for a local band's booklet of their first album. It's some kind of 720° panorama of a room changing with every revolution ...
It is in fact based on the drummer's living room, guess what fun it was to shift everything around and make some reference photos ;)
[btw ...the room was stuffed with at least a quadruple of the shown furniture, so we had to store everything we did not need in the kitchen lol)

if anyone likes it i could upload some more detailed shots.

Wow ...finally one who likes it lol :)

Well it wasn't that difficult actually, just to much work ;) ...started with redecorating the living room at a friends house (his mother nearly got a heart failure when returning home) and shooting loads of reference photos on a tripod. Then I had to ajust lighting of the photos to make them match, stitched them together in photoshop. After that it was just a combination of photoshop filters, many hours of overpainting by hand via graphic tablet, adding elements or removing others etc (like a lot of the accessoires, glasses, bottles pictures n mirrors and the people, that was actually pretty hard to make them fit/give em the same style like the rest)...in fact it's just a huge collage. The final picture brought my computer to it's limits as it was nearly 2 gigs big and I had to use photoshops large image format as the final picture was over 60 000 pixels wide if I remmeber well :D

Biggest picture I ever drew lol ....don't think I'll do sth like that again in the near future ...and if I'll do a lot of things much better and hopefully faster ;)
